For Investors · On application
See a curated slate of the companies moving in future energy right now.
Public and private, raising and already trading, in a curated, double opt-in format built entirely around your time.
Apply as an investorInvestors are the anchor of Energy Capital Nexus - Future Energy. The whole event is built to make your two days worth it. Every meeting on your schedule is one you confirmed. Every company you meet is either actively raising in your sector or actively managing its story with investors like you. You decide who you see, and when.
Why investors choose us
Built around the scarcest resource: your time.
Every meeting is double opt-in.
You select the companies you want to meet. No company can book a meeting with you without your prior confirmation. You will never find an unexpected name in your schedule.
Access decision-makers directly.
Companies are represented by founders and C-level executives. Every thirty-minute meeting is with the person who actually makes the capital allocation, or capital markets, decisions, not an IR associate or intermediary.
A curated slate, pre-screened.
Every company at the event has been reviewed and approved by our team. Each is either raising or listed, each is in future energy, and each is credible enough to be in front of an institutional audience. You filter by sector and stage. We do the rest.
See the market in two days.
The forum compresses a quarter of sourcing activity into 48 hours. With company presentations in the main programme and a full schedule of one-to-one meetings, you move through a significant pipeline without a single cold email.
Meetings, not receptions.
Keynotes and panels bookend each day, but the centre of gravity is the room where the meetings happen, not the drinks reception around it.
Invest in the right conversations.
Our matching engine connects you with companies aligned to your stated mandate: sector focus, stage preference and geography. Time is your scarcest resource. We protect it.
Who attends
Who attends as an investor?
The forum is built for institutional and strategic investors actively engaged with the future energy sector, including:
- ·Asset managers and institutional funds with a future energy or energy transition mandate
- ·Public equities and long-only institutional funds investing in listed future energy stocks
- ·Private equity and infrastructure funds active in future energy
- ·Venture capital and growth equity funds investing in energy technology
- ·Corporate strategic investors and development finance institutions

Every investor application is reviewed. A pass is not automatic. We vet every attendee so the room stays genuinely useful for the companies in it.

Questions investors ask.
Is there a cost to attend as an investor?
There is no ticket fee for qualified investors who are approved to attend. Attendance is on application and subject to vetting, so a place is not automatic, but there is no charge once you are in.
Will I be meeting private companies, public companies, or both?
Both, and you choose when you build your schedule. If your mandate covers public markets, you will see public companies building their story with institutional and public-market investors. If you invest in private growth or project-stage capital, you will see the private companies actively raising. You can filter for either, or both.
How do I qualify as an investor?
You need to be an active, institutional-grade investor with a genuine mandate relevant to future energy. We ask for fund size or AUM, typical ticket size, stage preference and investment categories. Every application is reviewed by our team before approval.
Can I choose which companies I meet?
Yes. Every meeting on your schedule is one you selected. You browse the company directory, choose who you want to meet, and confirm those meetings. No company lands on your schedule without your opt-in.
What if a company I want to meet hasn't confirmed?
All meetings require confirmation from both sides. If you select a company and they haven't confirmed, you will be notified. We recommend a broad initial selection so your schedule fills up cleanly.
What does the two-day programme look like?
Each day opens with a keynote session or investment panel. One-to-one meetings run from late morning through the afternoon on both days, with breaks for morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch. Open networking runs across every break period.
